Fantastic! beautiful. Perfect location. The views from the apartment are amazing and so central to restaurants and local amenities, sitting right on the edge of Kaprun in a tranquil location. Didn’t get a lot of time there as there was so much to do & and see around Kaprun and Zelamsee. From forest walks, gorge walks, glaziers, lake walks, hill walks I could go on I will definitely be back to this apartment again, so much to do there

Spent a week in this apartment, in July for a hiking holiday. Lovely apartment, clean & with everything you could need in a great central location. Lots of activities in the area & great flat walking & hiking. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this fabulous apartment for a week during the ski season and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment is really well equipped and equally well located for the ski-slopes at Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn as well as the village slopes. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of central Kaprun which is lovely. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment and are looking forward to a repeat.

Great apartment- The location made the difference between a good ski holiday and a GREAT ski holiday. So close to all amenities- ski school- restaurants- nightlife. I never used the hired car the whole of my stay until I was driving back to the airport! Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic week here. The apartment is lovely - cozy and comfortable - and the view from the balcony is just stunning! Snow conditions were great and we skiied in all three local resorts. The apartment is close to everything - all the shops and restaurants as well as the local slopes and close to the ski bus stop to get to the glacier or Zell-am-See slopes too. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen (with amazing views). We'll definitely come here again!
